Second Grade Learning Games SE App Reviews

With so many educational apps in the App Store, Second Grade Learning Games stands out. There are many educational games from spelling and numbers to counting money. I even caught myself shooting odd numbers from a space ship several times. Highly recommended for 2nd Graders!!

As far as learning apps go, this one is quite good. It has plenty of different subjects ranging from english to math, and the visuals are colourful and friendly. Sometimes the controls are a tad unresponsive and I wished there was a bit more variety in the stages; It seems like something that could be expanded upon a bit more. There are doesnt seem to be much replay value: the game is targeted for second graders specifically so Im not sure how much longer Im willing to keep this app on my device after my child graduates the second grade. Still, I see this more as a tool to help second graders learn basic concepts so I think it works in that regard, but it could use a bit more to make it more exciting.

My nieces have a great time learning with this app. They just went into 2nd grade and theyve had fun tracking subjects in a more interactive way. Great way to spend some quality babysitting time

Great application with all the basics so the smaller House can learn playing the sums, subtraction and pronunciation.

Nicely structured exercizes with good educational content. Definitely worth the money.

This is a great learning app. My son uses this at school so we bought it at home too.

The perfect companion for my kids studies. This is a learning tool that reinforces what she has learned in school, with little effort. I am glad i found it.

The game itself is quite good but i couldnt enjoy it because it crashes every few minutes. There are many bugs that need to be fixed asap.

Both of my nephews enjoyed this game. they had fun while learning second grade level subjects. they are both in grade 1, which they found it not to hard. great job on this learning game.

While the graphics was nice and it seemed fun for younger kids. My 7 year old stated it was way too easy and aced all the answers. It was definitely not a challenge for her. If your kid is already in an advance path, go a grade higher!

There are disturbing grammatical errors in the grammar-teaching section, such as its for its! I hate it that the games offer great practice, differentiation, and perfect skills, but have glaring errors, which are inadvertently taught, as well!

Great lessons and super fun games. This is one of the few educational apps my kids ASK to play!

A fantastic learning tool for my kids who would rather play video games than learn. They love the space shooter and racing games the most!

Didnt like that I couldnt make the games harder and harder. My daughter quickly got bored with punctuation. I bought the app for punctuation...but again it lacked levels and was boring easy. Need to be able to adjust difficulty.

Love this app for reinforcing skills taught this year in second grade.
